The top TV stars of 2006

Iqbal Khan One of the most controversial TV actors, Iqbal's claim to fame this year is his portrayal of Angad Khanna in Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai. It was largely, if not solely, due to Khan that the serial achieved the popularity that it did. Despite his not-so-cordial relation with co-star Neha Bamb, the couple won awards and went on to become one of the most popular duos in the television industry. His role in Karam Apna Apna only cemented his position in the top five list of Indian television actors.

Iqbal's fans could also see him Khan, albeit briefly, in Kkavyanjali. Incidentally, Iqbal will tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Sneha in January 2007.

WOW! amazing.. yess Iqbal is one of the 5 top actors of indian television.. he
soo deserves it.. he was a rocker in kyph and then he was brilliant in
kkavyanjali then he was the best in kaa!!

😳 😳 😳It wasn't anything surprising...Iqbal has always made me happy,so I think that he at least deserves this little title for such BIG things that he's done for us👏 👏 👏

I wish him all the best in his coming years...and really do hope that he earns many,many more awards for all his hard work 😃

No surprise because Iqbal truly deserves the fame and position as he has earned it through hard work and commitment and i just hope and pray that he reaches even greator heights of success in the future 👏
