looks like he has a bad breakout, usually his skins not that bad. when you live in a hot place it just takes one pimple and then the bacteria spreads easily and u break out all over, luckily i live in canada lol

P.S : acne is a serious issue- he should take treatment, i have suffered from major acne but in teenage as it normally happens then- im glad i took treatment on time. For a 30 years old it seems serious!

As someone who's battled adult hormonal acne I feel for Ranbir, well, until I start thinking about all the money he'll make as Proactiv India's spokesperson 🤢.
