Big B confirms film with Balki and SRK!

Ever since the success of Paa and Cheeni Kum, there have been talks of Amitabh Bachchan collaborating with director R. Balki for another film. The director, who was focusing on his wife Gauri Shinde's directorial debut, is now ready to start his next film.

There has been a buzz that along with Big B, Balki plans to rope in Shah Rukh Khan also for his film. On Wednesday evening at the launch of his television show, Amitabh confirmed that the film is still a work in progress. "Yes, we are in talks about a film. Working with Balki and Shah Rukh has always been a delight. But the right person to divulge more information about the film is the director himself. We'll make a formal announcement as and when it's ready," he said.
In the past, Big B and SRK have shared screen space in Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Bhootnath. This will be their fourth film together. However, the film will only begin mid-2014. While SRK has to recover from his surgery and complete his backlog, Big B's schedule for the next 10 months is choc-o-block. "This will be SRK's first film with Balki and he's looking forward to it. This is the only film that SRK has signed this year," said sources close to the production house. With two superstars on board and a genius like Balki, the film has almost everything going its way.
