It was around 5 in the evening and Viren was in Veera's room as everyone had gone home to freshen up. The nurse came inside Jeevika's room and told her that her discharge papers were ready. Jeevika was starting to change back into her clothes when she started feeling uncomfortable again. The nurse helped her inside the bathroom and she started puking again. Her face was starting to shrink now and the bones in her face becoming more apparent.
nurse - "I think you should stay here overnight. The medicines aren't kicking in. Let me call your doctor"
jeevika - "No its okay. Please don't tell my husband"
nurse - "Okay, but let me go page your doctor" she said helping her get back on the bed.
Jeevika was sitting on the bed feeling dizzy waiting for the nurse. She just wanted to go home. She prayed to god that somehow her parents came. She may seem like a little kid but she needed her parents, and Viren near her thats it.
v - "Jeevika?" he said waking her up as her eyes were still closed
j - "Mhmm"
v - "You okay?"
j - "Yeah. Did the nurse come back?" she said rubbing her eyes
v - "She said you got sick again so she's contacting your doctor"
j - "I just need to go home right now. Please can you just take me?"
v - "Yeah I will. Just close your eyes till the nurse comes"
j - "Viren have you called my parents?"
v - "Yeah I've talked to them. I told them I'd call once we get home"
j - "You told them I'm fine right?"
v - "Yeah but they're still worried for you"
j - "Parents"
v - "Once you become one I'm sure you would be too. Now stop talking and relax"
j - "I'm fine Viren"
v - "Yeah I hear that a lot. Please listen now"
j - "Okay. Wait Viren how is Veera?"
v - "Jeevs she's fine. Stop worrying about her"
nurse - "Okay her doctor said she should stay overnight but its up to her. If she feels fine then she can go"
j - "I'm fine"
v - "Jeevika you sure?"
j - "Yeah"
The nurse smiled at Viren and handed him the discharge papers which he signed.
nurse - "I'll arrange a wheelchair for you"
j - "I can walk"
v - "No you cannot. A wheelchair would be great, thanks!" he said to the nurse
j - "Viren can we go see Veera before going home?"
v - "Okay fine"
j - "Thanks. I love you"
v - "I love you more" he said hugging her as she was still sitting on her bed.
The nurse rolled in a wheelchair and she and Viren both helped Jeevika sit on it. Viren pushed Jeevika out her room and first went to check on Veera. No one was there right now besides Armaan.
v - "Is she asleep?"
a - "Not really. Veera?"
Veera opened her eyes and saw Viren and Jeevika.
veera - "How are you feeling now bhabhi?"
j - "I'm fine don't worry. Are you okay?"
veera - "Yup. Bhai why would you bring her here. Take her home. Your so useless sometimes"
v - "My god anywhere I go I get yelled at. Jeevika gets mad because she wants to meet you and you get mad because you want me to take her home"
veera - "Yeah well now you can take her right?"
v - "Going. Take care. I'll see you tomorrow. Armaan as soon as Virat comes you go home"
a - "Okay"
veera - "Bhai can you just drop him home now. I'll be fine and Virat bhaiya should be here soon anyways"
v - "Yeah come on let's go"
a - "Its okay Veera, I called a friend and he'll pick me up"
v - "Why don't you just come home with us. You can stay at our place for sometime" he offered.
Jeevika and Veera were both weak but they eyed each other smiling at Viren's generous offer. It was getting hard for them to control their laughter. 😆
v - "Both you girls quit it"
veera - "Its real hard you see" 😆
v - "Shutup and sleep"
veera - "Armaan just go with him. Once in a lifetime offer from Viren Vadhera, don't let it go out of your hands"
v - "Veera call me if you need anything, okay? And please try to sleep after dinner"
veera - "Okay"
Viren wheeled Jeevika out and Armaan was walking right besides them. As they were getting inside the car they saw Virat about to go inside. Viren felt a little relieved that Veera wouldn't be all alone now. He helped Jeevika sit in the car and then he drove away. Armaan was exhausted too he could see and Jeevika had her eyes closed on the way home. Viren helped her out once they got home and took her straight to their bedroom while Viren told Armaan to rest in the downstairs bedroom.
Viren tucked Jeevika in making her sleep dimming the lights.
v - "You need anything?"
j - "Can you call mom and dad"
v - "I ringed them up but they didn't pick up. If they call I'll wake you up"
j - "Viren eat dinner"
v - "Jeevs chill. I'll eat its only 6"
j - "No first eat"
v - "I'll go get something, but you relax please"
Vanshika walked inside with food for Viren and Jeevika. She gave Viren food and then sat next to Jeevika with some soup in a bowl.
vanshika - "You guys eat and I'll go give Armaan something also"
j - "Thank you Ma"
Vanshika smiled and left the two alone.
v - "Here give me the bowl I can feed you first"
j - "I'll eat myself, chillax"
v - "You chillax" he said waiting for her to hand over the bowl
She gave up and he started feeding her soup.
v - "Here check your email one second" he said handing her the phone
j - "Email? Something happened?"
v - "Just check it"
Jeevika looked at her phone and saw an email from a travel agent.
j - "what the hell is this?"
v - "We're going to India next week and not only that, but we're stopping at London also for a few days"
j - "I'm sorry Viren"
v - "Sorry for what?"
j - "You don't have to go if you don't want to"
v - "Of course I do. I think we both need a break so thats why I though we go to London for two days while coming back"
j - "I love you a lot. And by a lot I mean ALOT"
v - "I love you too.
