mercy killing is illegal.. no one still has the right to take someone else's life. That would be pathetic if they decide to show that.

Perhaps he injected her with painkillers due to her terminal illness and Kaira as a child saw this and thought it was the cause of her death?

Mercy killing would be a very controversial subject for a serial! Thought in PKDH we've already had abortion, contract marriage and slander... so anything's possible

Mercy killing though illegal, but it is not a unique concept in telly-world. In kSBKBT, Tulsi had done mercy killing of her mother in law Savita.

But anyways I think, Kaira is not wrong or has not misunderstood anything. She has actually seen something of which others are not well aware and therefore trying to hide the matter. Let see what happens.
