I was very disappointed by Siddarth's performance today in such a crucial twist. He hammed and terribly overacted in it. The way he laughed was way too OTT and also the easiest way to show someone's nefarious intentions. A true actor wld have made use of his eyes and facial expressions to convey the betrayal and not rely on mad man like OTT laughter. He made it too CARICATURISH! In fact the way he laughed, it looked more like an unintended comic scene than a serious betrayal scene 😔

Also, even in his normal interactions in many scenes I find him give a sheepish laugh or 'khisiyayi hui' (as we call it in Hindi) laugh/smile too often which is not even reqd in the kind of scenes he is given and looks quite out of place.

Anyways, no offense, but in my opinion, his today's perf was an epic failure. It just made a crucial scene fall flat on its face instead of having the desired impact. 😕

Word!! Especially to the lines in bold. I too thought he fell way too short in delivering what was required in the scene! Given that he was given so much screen time for this scene, he completely failed to do justice to it and made the scene look pretty ordinary

He could not handle the depth of the situation and his laugh was a example...where he is hiding his facial expressions...as he cant give them in right way...A true actor never hides himself in this crutial venture

Exactly!!! The scene reqd a lot of depth but he delivered it way too superfically...there were no in depth nuances in his whole scene

I too thought he was quite un-impressive even though he was given a lot of scope. The scene left a lot to be desired and did not have the desired impact on me at least

I never disliked Beera.I liked his vocabulary and acting.Entertaining. But agree today he could have done better. His acting was misguided today
