well iam a hindu so i dono abt muslim culture .. ive have a doubt may i knw why maulvi sab( sorry if i pronounced wrong.. i dono how to pronounce) got signed? by signing does it mean asya are married?

It's like getting a marriage license. It shows that you want to get married.

I'm Muslim and I never did that cause the only time my signature was required was during the nikaah. But this is TVland and anything is allowed I guess.
