He has become an essential part of every film today. No film is complete without Johnny Lever. He may be earning crores of rupees today, but has not forgotten his roots, he still goes to the jhopadpatti he lived in at King Circle. He still loves have dinner at small time comedian Manmauji's house.

Success has not changed him one bit. He is still the same old Johnny who continues to crack jokes on or off stage. Comedy is what he likes and comedy is what he would like to continue doing. Although he is loaded with so much of work, but feels that the actor in him has to get the kind of satisfaction he is yearning for. Johnny also wants his son to continue his legacy. He is already preparing him for it.
