For me personally, I've never seen anyone else with an accent exaggerate it as much as Mallika does.
I've watched interviews of Priyanka, Aishwarya, Saif, etc where they put on accents but they're facial muscles and expressions aren't exaggerated and over the top like hers. With the way her mouth is moving, her accent makes her sound like she's trying too hard.

I concur with you. Accents do not change so quickly especially for adults. I have friends who came to the U.S. as adults and have been here for 10 years and still have a heavy indian accent without the "hurr hurr" Besides I go to India for 2-3 months every 2 years and I don't pick up an Indian accent😕

Totally agree!!!
I was shocked when i heard madhuri dixit when she was back in india after her marrg..while she was promoting aaja nachle...it was a movie not abt DANCE but abt DENNCE!! there were many other things which she used to say n i was surprised ki a person gets married in her 30s n moves to US n comes back with such a thick heavy accent!!
n i srsly dont know where does salman get his accent from!!
saif toh chalo..he has studied abroad n thinks of himself as this great nawab🥱 ..if any1 points to his accent..he immdtly brings up england ka reference...but sallu miyan ne konse british school se schooling ki hai!! i find it hillarious when he speaks in english!! 😆😆 its like he works in indian films n lives smwhere else 😆😆
even i travel a lot n stay is different countries for 2-3 yrs...n even though i do pick up the local accent...but it never stays on the moment i m back in india...i m more like mallika but not to THAT extent..i dont make a fool of myself ... but yeah i have a knack of picking up accents...i speak like americans in US..like brits in UK n like indians in india...even in india..when i m in south..i m able to speak jst like them...n while in delhi..i speak like punjabis!! 😆😆😆 call me hypocritical , crazy ya watever...thats how my tongue rolls!!😆
