2^nd Envelope :

Madhu ,

Dimaag keh raha hai ki tum mere saath khel khel rahi ho...lekin, lekin dil kehta hai ki tum sirf meri ho...ki tum kabhi mujhe dhokha nahi de sakti...meri madhu aisi nahi hai jo apne Rk ka dil tod de...dil mein basi iss choti si aans ke liye main yeh kar raha hoon...shayad tum maan jaao...

Madhu in tears...a tear falls on the paper and smudges the "rk"

Chapter 12 - RK'S LETTERS

I Ravindra Rao certify that mr. Rishab Kundra and miss Madhubala Mallik married on 28^th of may 2012 ...

Yeh wo cheez hai jo mere dil ke sabse kareeb hai...yahaan ki har ek cheez mein sacchayi hai...yeh main kisiko bhi nahi de sakta...lekin main khud bhi nahi rakh sakta...jaanti ho madhu yahi par maine saare sapne dekhe thhe iss duniya ke jisme sirf jooth hai...par aisa kaise ho gaya ki main sach samajhna hi bhul gaya? Jab se yeh samajhna chaha tab se yahaan nahi aa paaya...shaayad khud ko samjhoon toh kabhi yahaan sirr uthaakar aa sakoon...lekin tum aisi nahi ho...tumne sirf mujhme acchaayi dekhi jo kabhi thi hi nahi...agar samajh sako toh, tumhe apni yaadein de raha hoon nahi toh sirf jaagir hai...shaayad yahaan jaane ka haq main kho chukaa hoon...

Madhu in tears...she is thinking about the time she spent with rk...she is trying to think what all these words meant...she looks around where trishna and padmini are sleeping...

(and there is another official paper in the envelope which reads as follows...)

"Property Transfer Certificate"

I Mr. Rishab Kundra hereby announce that the 'Sitaara Studios' at goregaon, plot no. 4100 now belongs to Mrs. Madhubala Rishab Kundra ... ...

and reading this madhu fell silent...it was early morning now...she had been reading Rk's letters and thinking about him all night...she folded the letters lost in thoughts and and started putting them in the envelopes...just then, she saw a letter stuck to the back of the last envelope...

biwi,

tum soch rahi hogi ki tumhaare badla lene ke baad bhi maine yeh sab kyun kiya? Hai naa?...biwi, main jaanta hoon tum uss din behosh kyu hui thi...yeh soch kar raat bhar royi thi ki tum mujhe dhoka de rahi ho...hai naa? Khaana bhi nahi...biwi aaj adrak waali chai zaroor pee lena...main nahi chahta ki tum bhi meri tarah scotch peena shuru kar do...

tumhaara,

(waise zaroorat nahi thi likhne ki..lekin socha tumse ek aur baar mera naam bulwa loon)

Madhu smiles a little...then suddenly she runs out of the room towards the window as if she just realised that Rk was missing since 24 hrs now...she opens the window and stares at the poster of his movie 'aitbaar'...she picks up her phone to call buttuji...

Madhu: bittuji kya aapke aadmiyon ne kuch pata lagaaya?

Bittuji : bhabhiji mujhe lagta hai hume police ko khabar karni hi hogi..

Madhu: bittuji main sitaara studio jaana chahti hoon...abhi...

Bittuji: bhabhiji par auntiji wahaan jaakar dekh aayi...aap kyu?

Madhu: main dekhna chaahti hoon uss jagah ko...

Bittuji : thik hai bhabhiji main aapko lene aa raha hoon..

Madhu : nahi bittuji main akele hi chali jaaongi..

(Call over)

Madhu just checks in the room n sees padmini and trishna still asleep...she just picks up her dupattaa n walks towards the door to leave..just then someone knocks the door...madhu opens the door..

Courier person hands her an envelope and says

Courier person: madam yahaa sign kijiye..

madhu signs n takes the letter...she opens the letter...the letter contains the following in big, bold and shabby handwriting

vanity van no. MH 02 GJ 5757

--tumhaara shubhchintak

Precap :

Madhu finds Rk's finger ring...she picks it up and considers it as a good sign for the future...

ps: refer ch6 to c what rk is talking about in the last letter..

this is that thing which is very close to my heart...everything here has truth in it...i cannot give this to anyone...but, i myself can't keep it as well...u know madhu this is where i dreamt about this world which is all a lie...but, how did it happen that i forgot to understand the truth? ever since i have wanted to understand this,since then i havn't been able to come here...maybe the day i'll understand myself i will be able to come here with dignity...but you are not like that...you have only seen good in me which never ever existed...if u can then, understand that i am giving you my memories else its just a piece of land...maybe i have lost the right to be here now...
