Yes and No.
Doctor was funny, haina mummy papa. Good jokes. His singing talent was funny. Jhalak dikhlaja 5 times.....was funny. Sar pe chandan ka tika aur peeche tetanus ka tika was hilarious.

Sandeep scolding Urmi "Sab raita banadiya", "Solah somvaar", and many such scenes were funny.

Rest is emotional stuff. So, it is both yes and no.
