Because he don't want Sharon to regret anything dats y he leave

Swayam's not sure wat r Sharon's feelings for him. Remember she hasn't yet confessed. As far as he remembers hez a stress in her life. So he chose to leave :)
This is my understanding :)

Coz Sharon has not confessed yet...they are not couple...at one moment she is completely into him n at next she comes back to friend saga...in such situation do you think it's right to take advantage of situation n gives into the moment? Its imp to clear your emotions n relationship status before going into physical side of relation, right? In my opinion swayam did right...n probably now Sharon will feel pain of rejection n then she will move closer to confession...n come on don't be sad, I think this will have positives impact on Sharon..n dont forget swayam has promised her too..n swayam,is man of words...now Sharon will hopefully understand how wrong she was in keeping him away...

The only thing I felt when I saw him walk away in the precap is, respect.
I felt an immense amount of respect for him.
You can only interpret someone's behaviour for so long.
After being rejected by Sharon so many times, he's in a sense, given up hope.
That's why he's stopped reading into her behaviour.
He left her in the medical room because he thinks he's a stress in her life, and he had promised her that he wouldn't think of them together.
He has accepted that they'll never be together, that's why he keeps his promise, that's why he stopped himself from thinking about the skate dance even.

And don't worry, his walking away will only have a positive outcome.
Sharon will understand the need for her to confess how she feels about him. :)

Agree with all tge above replies ... Now if dey had been havng a fyt ryt bfr ds scene..we cudv said hez jst angry... But no...dey wer prfctly nrmal... So that only says one thing... Swayam has got a character that commands respect... Hez proving it again that hez not the 'stalker' dqt sharon once used to accuse him to be... Hez a true lover...His dignity and character...man...hez one rare gem!
