She said, "Suddenly aise kyun mujhe yahaan akele chod diya". Basically, Swayam stopped himself and her from kissing and just left so she is questioning that.

I don't particularly blame him though. Sharon has been going back and forth on their relationship, and she said that they can never be together due to the whole asthma thing (never understood that rationale btw). I think he didn't want to go back on his word without any proper confirmation or confession which hopefully we will get soon 😊
