Anarkali to ghangra???

Hello All,

Why did Anandi started wearing ghangra-choli again even after she was wearing dresses in Kashmir???? I mean why didn't she contiune wearing dresses at home as well? or sarees - as Ira and choti-ma wears???

Before she used to wear because she was supposed to wear. Now she wears because she got so used to wear those heavy ghagras combined with heavy (fake) jewellery.😳

True, I thought we would get to see her in all costumes after honeymoon, sometimes ghagra,saree and salwars bringing a gradual transformation in her personality and show progression but sadly Anandi and Shiv are in the same time warp ,they have messed up these two characters completely.we get an overdose of Jagya and girls swooning over him.

Trust Cvs first they ruin a character and then they glorify the same forgetting the past. A person cannot change so much , your basic qualities remain the same and they surface from time to time.but then cvs have their own unrealistic take on these matters.

If this serial has to do well they will have to show progression in the main protagonists,

i think it's good that Anandi did not permanently changed her attire...this would have been out of character for Anandi...Anandi was never forced to wear ghagra choli...it was her attire from childhood and just because she married a city bred boy does not mean she will have to change herself completely...Anandi is one person who wants to love her lover the way he is and wants to same attitude from her lover also...she changes her style and attire for change but will never let go off her originality

I don't think they planned to change Anandi's wardrobe completely.

actually it depends on the stylist and actors...Probably they think she looks best in ghagra so hav continued using it...They r correct abt this saaris n suits r not tht good on her

yup - she looks good in ghangra - but even if she has been wearing this all her life - they should show that she is changing as per her new family, their way of living and in general bringing some different change in her wardrode as she brought in her life. new husband, new family, new city etc
