even i think so cuz i meen ekta cant make the lead role die!!!!!!!!!!!!!! den wat happens to d stryline....after the serials name is kya hoga nimmo ka......so nimmo cant dieeeeee

ekta can do enything remember she killed kavya from KAVYANJALI......ekta is totally crack she can do enything......but maybe kunal will come to the rescue??nd maybe he's not the one to b blamed for nimmo's blood cancer😕

nai yaar its just a theme to extend few episodes.. 😉 Ekta dont have anything new now so just wiling away with it..after someday she ll show her being treated in some extra-ordinary hospital and she ll be cured...
