I sense some atheists here, so why not put them on the God helmet 😉😆, kidding!

I don't think this would help in meeting the god and have godly visions, the belief in God is beyond words, I guess!

I haven't read the whole thing, so couldn't comment better 😊.

I think Atheists are better than religious Fanatics.
If an individual is good, he or she needs no religion. But if an individual is bad, religion could convert them into conmen or fanatics; a greater danger to society.

I don't see where God comes into play here 😆

Yes, perhaps raises our level on endorphins to make us feel good.
😆
But if such equipment can assist us in making use of the unexplored areas of the brain such that it "wakes" our hidden latent abilities it would be interesting.
In spirituality a lot of changes occurs in our physical and subtle bodies.

Oh! But in that case anyone could wear that helmet and have a direct chat with God 😃

God is our conscience but often the voice of conscience is mixed up with that of the Ego and other voices. Purity of thoughts and the mind clears the way for better communication with God.
Helmet if it works should have the ability to calm our minds and help us concentrate better. But here it does seem that there are lots of distractions with visions etc 😆
But they claim that there is better communication between the left and right sides of the Brain by using this device.

So if this helmet works like it should, can we give up praying, fasting, all the other rituals meant to get us closer to God? Science! 😆

More than anything, sounds like it opens up another dimension for people and whatever may be in that dimension. Hence, I like that he says "sensed presence", where the presence could be whatever you perceive it to be, even God I suppose.

Prayers and fastings etc binds us closer to God and the effort and sacrifice is always rewarded if done with a clean heart and mind. However, extreme pain inflicted by some devotees on their physical bodies is generally unnecessary for most of us.
I believe that in doing japa and dhyana or other spiritual practises our vibrations increase and thus it ensures that our body can withstand a greater voltage of spirituality ( if not, we may burn out and black out ). There are cases where some who meditate deeply generate an electrical charge of some sort.

I think there is an argument that you can achieve the same thing through meditation.

In terms of spirituality or religion, I don't believe this equipment will do much of anything to be honest. In terms of studying the brain, its effects etc, this device may help in understanding the human brain better.

Frankly it is quite scary putting on some magnetic device on our heads. There is no telling if it can cause brain cancer.
Natural is best like meditations except there are many of us who cannot concentrate for long periods.
I have a habit of falling asleep and blanking out if I remain quiet for too long.
Some music or mantras while sleeping does help too, but too much of it can cause a headache.
