Abhay and tau(or is it dau???……whatever who cares)…..in office…..abahy tells tau mai soch raha hu business ko aage badane ka…..tau says it's a good idea……abhay says ki banglore me ek naya business shuru karna chahta hu….tau sayb banglore is very far and waha kisi experienced inssan ko bhejna chahiye….abhay tells kii isliye maine aapko bhejne ka socha hai….aapse zaada experienced aur kaun hai….tau tells mai samajhraha hu tum mujhe apne se dur kyu karna chahte ho……isiliye ye lo mera resignation letter jo mai subah se liye shoom raha hu….. he says tau aap resign kar rahe hai….he says haan kyuki ab mai tumhare sath kaam nahi karna chahta….<>

Kk enters the office……Divya talking to the receptionist……tells her tht tau(I forgot his name)…is resigning ….. kk stops to listen……divya says tht I heard tht tau ne apni marzi se nahi resign kiya hai balki unse karwaya gaya hai…..who bhi kiski waje se….kk wadwa……kk is confused….divya notices kk and goes away…..kk goes and sits in her cabin……abhay calls her and tells her there r 2 important meeting today……u prepare the reports….she asks him about tau….he tells ke tau apni marzi se gaye…..she says tau kyu gaye mai yeh abhi sunkar aa rahi hu….he says aap kya chahti hai mrs wadhwa??….mai poore office mai yeh announce karu ki tau ko yeh pasand nahi tha ki me aapka itna khayal rakhta hu…..ab office ke har employee ka khayal rakhna to mera farz hai phir bhi….ek minute….(he calls tau)…..talks to him and tells him to comes back……he asks abhay yeh tum keh rahe ho ya koi tumse kehelwaraha hai…..abhay says he's sorry worry and stuff and agai tau asks the same question……he tells kk who was also listening…tht tauji nahi maan rahe u only talk ……he transfers the call….kk tells tau to come he says tum kahogi to mai aajaunga lekin mujhe ab abhay par vishwas nahi hai…aur zindagi ne mujhe yehi sikhaya hai ki jaha vishwas nahi waha se boriya bistar uthalena chahiye…..she says par….he tells please mere kuch personal reasons bhi hai……infact maine tumhe jab pehli baar dekha to mujhe laga ki tumhare jaisi nek aur imaandaar ladki abhay ke sath kaise kaam kar rahi hai….and he keeps the phone…..kk tells (to herself) ap the to thodi tassalli thi aap nahi to najane ab…..and she looks at abhay…..

Sexy Su sitting with a box of files…..veena asks him kya dhund raha hai ….he tells meri ek file thi …..jisme kuch project ke papers the……who jo bnad karna pada kyuki wadhwa industries band ho raha tha….she tells murde kurret ne ka kya faida(wht's the use of digging dead boddies)…..he says un murdo me jaan daalne ke liye…..aur who jaan mai dalunga…..ah mujhe meri file milgayi……and he gets up and goes….veena tries stopping him but dadi tells jaane do use ab use koi nahi rok sakta…..

Kk in her cabin sees every one go….she walks out of her cabin and is confused as where is every one going…..she goes inside tries callin up the receptionist and divya but no answer….then she goes out and calls the peon…and asks him….he tells kisi ka kaam khatam ho gaya to kisi ko jaldi jaana hai….acha aur aapko chai chahiye to baahar se manga lo kyuki mai bhi jaa raha hu….and he goes….kk still confused…..and then mutters to herself…..iska matlab mai ab office mai akeli hu??

Su coming down from the stairs…..kids come running up to him and ask him for chanda…(money for the party)…..he says kitna they say 50Rs….he gives them and asks them about the putla they were carrying….they say yeh 2004 ka putla hai…..ise jalakar naya putla banayege….su smiles and they go ….he walks towards the public telephone…and calls up mr.garv….yeah I'm sumit wadhwa….jee wohi wad group of industries wala…….jee actually usi project ke barey me phone kiya maine….kya??(disappointed) okay <>ya I understand…..and then he calls mr shekhar….hello I'm su wad ….. su sir ….su wad….he keeps the phone and says pehchanne se hi inkaar karliya……then….he keeps calling people and gets disappointment every time…..he has no coins left now…..he opend his wallet there was a coin kept with kk's phota……he takes the coin and stares at the photo…..

Kk sitting in her cabin and doing some work and the lights go out…

Sexy su (talking to kk's picture) says tumhare su ke liye sare raaste band hogaye…..ab tumhara vishwas hi tumhare su ko jita sakta hai…..

Su kisses the coin and then uses it to call mr.bhatia…..hello I'm su wad…..jee haan wohi su……nahi mujhe laga ki aap mujhe pehchane ge nahi……ji usi project ke silsile me aapse baat karni thi …..ya thanx phir mai aajata hu aapke office okay….thanx a lot…..keeps the phone and says kahi to baat bani…..yeh me sabse pehle kk ko sunaunga….nahi phone karke nahi….uske office jaata hu…..lekin mere paas paise nahi hai……arey bacho yaha aao jaldi jaldi….who abhi maine tumhe 50Rs diye the na…..who zara mujhe wapas donge<> mai aaj hi dedunga….they say kya su bhaiyya agar aise hi sab log wapas chanda lenge to party kaise hogi….he says arey maine kaha na mai aaj dedunga….jaldi do mujhe kahi jaana hai…..they giv the money and he goes…
