I really want an honest reply here?

Sanjeev Kapoor is a good chef, i loved his show Khana Khazana as a kid even till date.

But is he really that great to be the judge when compared to Vikas Khanna?

I dont know about his judging, bt he definitely goes overboard sumtimes. I m liking him less and less with every passing episode

I dont want to be a meanie but even when he is tasting the dishes , he makes those faces and it comes across as if he is being really pretentious. Annoying.

Calling spade a spade is great but what he is doing is something else.

Sanjeev is quite straightforward and blunt as a judge. He also has ample amount of experience when compared to Vikas, for me Sanjeev was the first male chef on indian television.

I would personally not compare the two judges on the show, they aint competing with each other.

Vikas is a bit soft spoken and warm judge while Sanjeev is opposite of that. But they are both great in their own ways. I love Vikas and i ope he gets more screenspace.

Agreed that he goes overboard most of the times. I feel he's lost a lot of the respect people had for him since Khana Khazana days.

Vikas is too polite, more than critically evaluating.

Kunal is the most balanced of the the lot. He encourages as well as gives critical feedback.

While each of them may be a good cook, I don't think much of their judging abilities.

Vikas really never does any judging its mainly SK and KK.
There judgement lacks uniformity. If today A is expected from the contestants tomorrow it's B.

All of us will agree tht Sanjeev Kapoor was at his best in Khana Khazana. He looked very camera friendly and it looked as if he was talking to us . Audience got connected.😊

In this show, he looks very uncomfortable and confused. 😕Not sure whether he is trying to put a strict face because he is a judge in the show or whether he is not happy with the script as Khana Khazana was a one man show and it was only cooking but this is scripted to some extent to give space to other judges and contestants and mostly dramas than cooking as we all know.

If children become judges in one episode ,there is a song and dance sequence , family dramas that cooking part is fast forwarded. Maybe he is finding it difficult tht it is not a really cooking show.

Not sure what it is , but he was shown as a rude judge at first ,then mellowed down a bit later. I was actually surprised when he called Aditi 'Grace' and Devayani similar to his daughter as it did not look there was an emotional connection before.

Somewhere i also feel judges had high opinion of Sachins comeback dish to please Sanjeev.

It was funny tht judges had to dance during Gujarati episode. They have to welcome the actors brought in by star plus. In short they also have to be anchors rather than judges in the show.

Kunal looks comfortable as he was introduced to TV with this show and was from Season 1. Vikas also looks cool and he doesnt mind the less screenspace he is getting.
