let me first apologize for the delay as i was a bit busy ...
Recap:Soni says she would do anything to get Chand and forces herself on him.
It begins with the continuation of the same scene ,where Nihal is remembering Suhana and Soni is in his arms.He regains conciousness only to find Soni next to him and wakes up.he tells her that whatever they were upto is wrong .Soni says that it wouldnt be as they were getting married soon.She also tells him that he remembers Suhana every moment and hes unable to forget her and asks him that what does Suhana have that she doesnt have .And also says that Nihal is with her ,but always uttering Suhana's name,hes in Soni's arms but always remembering Suhana.She goes on to say that she thought Nihal was a nice guy who had unknowingly fallen in love with his Bhabhi and is repenting for it,but hes betraying her(soni ) as well .
Soni is crying while Nihal tries to console her.She says that she cannot accept him until he loves her.She says that shes trying to understand him and anticipates the same from him.the way Nihal cannot stand Suhana with somebodyelse ,even she wouldnt want her chand with somebodyelse.
Nihal tries to explain,but she says that he has to decide whether he loves her or Suhana.Nihal is confused and goes to the terrace leaving behind a crying Soni.
Nihal is on the terrace thinking about Suhana and background score agar tum na hote is played.
The next morning Nanda arrives at the hospital and tells Suhana that everybody at home were worried about her as she came to the hospital without informing them.Kuku tells Nanda that Suhana is following her Patni Dharam .Natasha arrives and asks Suhana that why doesnt she say anything ,when Suhana very well knows that she doesnt love Vishu and the people at home are misled and thinking that she loves Vishu .Suhana says that once Vishu regains his conciousness and signs the divorce papers she would leave.Nanda interrupts and Natasha is about to tell her the truth when Suhana says she would go home only when Vishu is ok.
Nihal writes a letter to Soni that he will go away,as he is unable to forget Suhana .
Soni is crying and her father asks her whether there were problems with her and chand .Soni denies it and he says that the preparations are on and that he can never understand the two.He asks her to think about her aged father and his reputation before taking any decisions.Nihal overhears the conversation.
Meanwhile Sush asks Megha about Vishu.She says he would be fine .Sush asks her if shes still waiting for the person whom she loved .Megha tells her that he will be back if hes urs .
The song agar tum na hote is played with Nihal remembering Suhana,Megha remembering Nihal,Suhana remebering Vishu,Sush remembering Vishu and Soni remembering Nihal(guys tell u what a chakkar,cannot even say a triangle this looks like a quadrilateral to me and Nihal is the one with 3 women loving him)
Nihal sees the mad guy,Bhiku filling a pot with some mud and Nihal asks him what he was doing ? Bhiku tells him that its better to perform the last rites to the person whos isnt with u ,and says that he is immersing the remains of his lover Radha in the river.Nihal is thinking about Bhiku's words and drops both the letter written to Soni and Suhana's photograph in the river.

I think that the last scene indicates that Nihal might marry Soni.
