Will there ever be a market for BW animated films

Let me start by saying I love Animated films whether hand drawn or 3d I love them

Hmmm .. well .. not if they make another Roadside Romeo

Not anytime soon. Firstly they do not have standard that animated films in Hollywood have. Second, much of Indian public still thinks animated films are just for kids. Nobody's willing to buy tickets for what they consider as bachchon wali film.
Third, makers themselves need to take those films seriously. They don't focus on story or technical finesse. They fail to market films properly. How will audience respond if makers aren't serious?

It will take at least another decade for quality animated films made in Bollywood and getting success. Stuff like Eega shall continue to remain as glorious exception for considerable time.

Even if they do then what do they come up with? Stupid things like Roadside Romeo?

Also I think Disney only helps in distribution of the film. It has no role in making of the film.

Firstly the technology here in still behind so I dont think anything is getting better if the standard isnt good.And as someone said if only they would stop advertising animated films as bacho ki film.

there are some small budget animation movies that did well...hanuman , krishna and 2 more I don't know the name..

I don't know if u consider Kochadaiyaan an animation movie..I think after this movie more and more big production houses will make them..they will surely promote them too ..
I personally believe that the market is there but most of production houses don't consider making one
