ACT 1

All Schindia Parivar are in celebration mode. They are soon going to celebrate Suraj Pratap and Gayathriji 50th Wedding Anniversary. All has booked rooms in Delight Caf Inn except Aarya and kids. The party is will be the most prestige party ever and Prathiek and Pankaj have invited all the big names of Bhopal for the celebration.SurajPratap did allow Pratheik to invite Aarya and kids to the celebrations eventhough they had been disconnect all the relations between them.

Scene1

[Suraj in the living room of the Honeymoon Suite.]

Suraj Pratap : Gayathri..Gayathri..where are u my Biwi??

[Suraj walks into the bedroom of the Honeymoon Suite and saw Gayathri on the bed putting on jewelleries.]

SurajPratap: There you are mere Biwi. Even though you are in 60's, you are looking very stunning tonight.

Gayathri: We are so old already and you are talking as though we are still newly married.

SurajPratap: You always looks gorgeous to me na.

[SurajPratap sat on the bed next to Gayathri and held her hands in his.]

SurajPratap: Thank you for being such a great wife to me Gayathri. I cannot believe we have been married for 50 years.

Gayathri: Thank you for being a wonderful husband too. I do not know how the years passed by. And now we are grandparents to the ever growing brood.

SurajPratap: I know it feels like yesterday we were just married and getting to know each other. I may not have said this but my parents could not have chosen anyone better for me.

Gayathri: And you know you are my baghwan. Ji, I just have one wish. I know you are angry with Yash and Aarti now. But…I think…They have learnt from their mistakes. We want our family to stay happily together na.

SurajPratap: You know very well know my decision..Aarthi should have never kept us in the dark .I am not going back on my decision. Let's not spoil the mood. Pathanahi what arrangement did Prateek and Pankaj do.

Gayathri: Why is there a need to celebrate at a hotel? We can do a simple celebration at home. I know these boys. They just want to have fun. Now, let go of my hands na. I need to get ready. We must go down soon.

[Pankaj comes out from the bathroom and hugs Vidhi from behind who is standing in front of the dressing table getting ready.]

Pankaj: Oh Vidhi , you are looking so gorgeous today. I feel like looking at you all the time.

[Vidhi's face turns crimson.]

Vidhi: Pankaj , you need to let go of me. I have to get ready na.

Yash : Your Mumma will best answer that one Payal, Palak and Ansh

Children : Mumma, we are going right?

Aarthi : Yes kids we are going. It is our family function and we should go and celebrate.

Yash : But Aarti Ji'.

Aarthi : No buts Yashji. We are going now that we are invited. I understand that no one will talk to us. But at least the children can talk to them right? And you Yash Ji, i know how you have been missing Maaji and so does she. It will be an opportunity for all of us to meet and reason with them.

Ansh : But Mumma, if Dadaji hasn't forgiven us.. Will he let us talk with Dadiji?

Palak and Payal: Haan Mumma.. will he?

Yash : Sure he will. Your Dadaji is angry with us alone. He will try to be angry with you but it won't last long because you children are the most loving children in the world.

Payal : Mumma, why we are celebrating Wedding Anniversary ?

Ansh : And for tasty food and especially jelebis..

Yash : Nahi bachho... a wedding anniversary is.. hmm...how do we say it .. Its similar to a birthday celebration which we celebrate every year ...

Aarti : Haan Palak.. its same like we celebrate a birthday but this is the day one marries, your Dada and Dadi Ji were married today some 50 Years ago and today is the 50th Birthday of their marriage

[Ansh, Palak and Payal walk out from the room happily discussing about their own little plans of celebrating the day.]
