It didn't quite work to their favor because GC acted upon it immediately, I think in like 2 or 3 days, and came out and refuted them all. The channel surely would have played upon his silence and made the rumors into a much bigger wildfire than they already did.

Isn't it funny that 2 days after GC openly said these rumors are nothing but pure nonsense and that the show is not going off air, the PH/Channel came out with the news that season 2 is on which means that way before the rumors started they had already planned for season 2. You don't plan something like this in just 2 days. 😆

Ahhh, the diabolical workings of the entertainment industry. We should make a show out of it. 😆

Channel or the PH has definitely used GC as in trying to defame with the "he is leaving PV for greener pastures" thing, but that didn't work when GC himself came out and clarified the rumors against him, and I can't believe they were actually planning to kill Yash off in the show, but had they done that, it would have cost them more than they could imagine! In fact they used GC and KS in the promos of PV 2, now that in itself says a lot
