^ DV, I think she is pretty fair herself. Usually your hands are lighter than your face, and for some people their arms etc are too. Or the other way around, it depends.
Ya she is very fair. But whenever I see her photos,I feel she uses a lighter foundation and as you can see in the photos her foundation ends near her neck.😆
Now here she has proper shade.
