Farah Khan is no where in the same league as Saroj ji although I do like Farah as a choreographer.

I think the most underrated is Vaibhavi!

Saroj Khan is the one behind the polishing and aptly exhibiting of Madhuri's dancing talents. And this , I guess, speaks all about her.

Saroj is a genius when it comes to elaborate, semi-classical choreographies. Dola Re Dola left me with my mouth hanging open. That was a genius piece. She isn't that good with western choreographies although she has admitted to that herself.

It's sad we don't get to see her often now.

Dola re Dola is overrated IMO. there have been much better classical pieces in the past.

See the good thing about Dola Re Dola was that every single dancer was brilliant, even the background ones. Not just Dola Re Dola, even Silsila yeh chahat ka was brilliant in that aspect.

Dholi taro, Nimbuda, Man mohini (which is a brilliant piece considering the fact that it had more to do with expressions that movements) - they're all big favorites.

I actually like Vaibhavi's choreography more than Saroj Khan's. Even Saroj Khan's numbers with Madhuri was utterly brilliant, but I find some of her steps sort of weird. I think madhuri adds this grace to her steps and she makes the dance numbers so beautiful.

i like silsila yeh chahat ka more than dola re !
that was amazingly done!
