I dont get it. What does a pairing have to do with a film doing well or not?
People dont walk out complaining of a pairing. They walk out coz the film sucks, period.
Jab We Met did well coz the acting was top notch and everything fell into place.

Fida flopped coz the film wasnt top notch, not coz Shahid & Kareena were in it.

lol i so agree with u. she does have chemistry with flop stars. the only film i liked of her was mujhe kuch kehna hai...where she hardly spoke...otherwise she goes OTT in nearly every film
