The show started with the contestants being taken thru the Ahmedabad city.

Then they entered Vishalla, an eatery.

There they're greeted by the 3 judges who introduce Dilip Joshi (Jethalal) & Bhavya Gandhi (Tappu). They come in with a troupe of gujarati dancers. {The 3 judges dance to the music like the 3 stooges 😆}

Dilip Joshi has laughing competition with Doyal 🤢

Then Bhavya wants food & Dilip says ask the contestants to make something. Bhavya wants dal-dhokli.

The contestants are given 60 mins to make their d-d dish & Bhavya almost collapses at the mention.

So the judges amend the challenge :- first 30 mins to make d-d dish & next 30 mins to innovate a gujarati dish 😲

Teams made by :- laughing & crying (Doyal & Yasmin)

Mooch & bin mooch (Navneet & Ripu)

Sachin & Nisha

Everyone started cooking.

Navneet's commentary : Aaj hame koi nahin hara sakta, kyon hum dono ke paas flavour-e-azam 🤢

{Flavour-e-azam koi super shakti nahin hai; naa hi koi jaadu ki chadi hai!}

(Yasmin's claws came out today when she said that working alone is better, as the partner never listens)

While everyone was making d-d dish, Doyal started working on the innovation sweet leaving Yasmin alone to work on the first dish alone. Which left her harassed & with little time to finish the dish.

Sachin was looking after the dal & SP showed fb of the task where he had lost when his dal was uncooked 🤢

Judges complimented Navneet on his besan rotis. Ripu kept asking Navneet's advice on everything including the jhonk (Way to go SP, first Sachin getting guidance & now Ripu 😡 🤢)

What a waste episode! Too much time spent on the gujrati song and dance, laughing competition etc... and why on earth again bring another TV actor on the show!!!

From the promo tomorrow, it shows that only Nisha-Sachin and Ripu-Navneet participate in the next round, which means that Doyal-Yasmin were the weakest today!

Too much focus on the dialogs of Yasmin and Navneet - very clear strategy of SP to focus on the drama factor more and more!!

I don't understand Yasmin. First she says she prefers to work alone and so from that and what Doyal said, it seems that they decided to work on the two halves separately. So why was she getting upset that Doyal was not doing anything for the dal dhokla?

Actually, when I sat down to write, I couldn't think what to write! It was a filler episode like we say for the soaps!

Horrible thought!!😲

Hope they didn't read CK's petition 😲 😲

That was just too much... Very similar graphics like they show flashbacks in soaps in black and white... What pathetic scripting 🤢

Exactly to your point.. Yasmin was upset from the word go and kept on cribbing from whatever happened.. She can put off any partner in a team event too! 😕

I really find it funny how they make teams you weigh less ur on this team u weigh more ur on this team.You laugh u go there u cry u go there are you guys so lacking in creativity that you have to resort to such techniques What is the need for tv actors in cooking show or is it like bechare junta getting tired of seeing your faces lets get new faces I mean come on man on a cooking show everything other than cooking happens.Cut all this crap and announce ur pre determined winner Cry baby Yasmin or mr.i know everything navneet

This year Master Cheff is pathetic.

I found Yasmin very strange today. First she wanted to be alone, then cribbed that Doyel did nothing!

Lady - make up your mind!

Anyway funny that they couldn't even manage a decent dal. There was froth all on the top and it wa way too watery!
