Tossing and turning on her bed arohi was trying to sleep but couldnot..cuz she has not received a goodnight wish from arjun yet.."dekha baby ap k papa ka mobile abhi tak off hai..fiqar hi nahi hai hamari koi..ab goodnight k bager hum kaise so skte hain.." she talked to her child poutedly..but then the next moment her mobile rang and she immediately picked up her mobile.."arjun..!" a smile crept on her face as she read his name flashing on the mobile screen… Without wasting any furthur second, she answered the call…

"arohi tum abhi tak jaag rahi ho..tmhari tabiat theek hai na..?" he asked with a concern..

Arohi smiled shaking her head.."arjun mein tumse baat kie bager kaise so skti hun.." she said

"arohi meine kaha tha na tumhe rest karna..tumhari waja se hamara baby bhi nahi soya hoga abhi tak.." he said..

"baby ki pari hai baby ki mummy ki koi fiqar nahi hai.." she complained..

Ajrun smiled.."baby ki mummy ki fiqar hai tabhi tu keh raha hun k so jao.." he said.."warna agar mummy tired rahe gi tu baby bhi tired rahe ga.." he continued..

"acha papa hum so rahe hain.." she said smilingly.."by the way have you reached safely?.." she asked..

"han bas ghar hi ja raha hun.." he said and then there was a silence for few seconds.."arohi..are you missing me?.." he asked with a childish expression breaking the silence..

"nahi..nahi tu.." she said biting her lip to control her smile..

"aur is nahi ka badla tu mein tumse aakeh lunga..filhal you go to sleep.." he said showing a fake anger..

Arohi smiled shaking her head.."lagta hai kisi ko gussa agaya.." she said .."kher mujhe tu bht neend arahi hai..is lie kisi ko miss karne ka time nahi..anyways good night arjun.." she said teasingly…and arjun smiled knowing arohi's game..

"good night..take care…have sweet dreams…of me.." he said..

arohi smilingly closed her eyes holding his picture close to her heart.."i love you arjun.." she whispered and dozed off..

the sun slowly peaked its golden-rayed head… The sky was painted in a multitude of soft pastels as the morning dew glistened in the gentle dawn light… A slight breeze wafted through the air as chirps of birds.. just awakening for a new day was carried through the air… arohi's eyes slowly opened to the gentle harshness of the rising sun… Though the heat of the day was quickly becoming apparent.. she still felt cold.. as if something warm was suddenly gone from her life... A quick moment of confusion later and everything came to her… yes Something was missing.. something important…arjun…arjun was not there…he was not sleeping peacefully beside her…the morning today was not like every morning she had lived with him.. she sighed heavily as she rolled over and stared at the vacant spot on the bed… how badly she missed him..missed everything about him.. She missed the twinkle in his eyes whenever he looked at her.. the silly grin he wore when he lovingly teased her.. the soft words of devotion he uttered in her ear late at night when he thought she was sleeping… She missed the sound of his heart beating as she lay next to him at night… She missed the feel of his soft breaths against her skin as she cuddled up next to his sleeping form…she missed the warmth of his body which she was welcomed with every morning..she missed everything..and it had been only 12 hours that he was not with her…but it seemed like 12 years..she wanted to see him..feel him..hug him..talk to him..hear his voice..she wanted to be held in his arms..this was definitely not the best morning..or a beautiful morning of her life..definitely not..

sighingly she rose from the bed and headed towards the washroom door… With one last.. long.. loving look at the bed where she used to see him every morning but not today.. she closed the door behind her to prepare for a new day…

Parking the car outside the hospital arohi came out of the car..walking towards the enterance she stopped hearing the ringing of her mobile..her lips curved into a smile seeing his name flashing on the screen..keeping the files on the counter beside she answered the call smilingly..

"hello.." she said smilingly..

"ye awaz mujhe subha sunne ko kyun nahi mili.." asked arjun seriously..

Arohi smiled.."wo is lie kyun k subha subha hamare pas aur bhi bht kaam the.." she said teasingly..

"acha bht kaam the…jese?.." he asked raising his eyebrow..

"jese..subha subha tumhe miss karna.." she said smilingly..

Arjun's lips curved into a smile and he sighed.."mujhe miss karna ya meri kisses ko miss karna.." he said chucklingly..

Arohi smiled and a slight blush crept on her cheeks.."tum na kabhi nahi sudhro ge.." she said..

Arjun smiled shaking his head.."arohi..hows our baby…??.." he asked innocently..

Arohi smiled and rested her hand on her stomach.."apne papa ko miss kar raha hai.." she said sadly gently stroking her stomach…

Sensing the dulness and sadness in her voice arjun sighed.."arohi don't worry..mein kal araha hun na.." he said and arohi smiled..

"baby aur baby ki mama donu baby k papa ka wait kar rahe hain..jaldi ana.." she said smilingly…

Arjun smiled.."tumhare doctor k pas jane ka time ho gaya hai tumhe yaad hai na.." he asked..

Arohi nodded.."waheen ayi hun..infact abhi andar hi ja rahi hun.." she said..

"ok har ek detail doctor se pochna..and do let me know what she said…mein busy hun ga meeting mein for the next 4 hours..mein khud call karun ga tumhe.." he said..

"ok.." she said smilingly..

"ok arohi mujhe meeting mein jana hai..tum bhi jao doctor k pas and take care of yourself and our baby.." he said instructing her..

"okay sir..bye.." she said smilingly..

And then they both headed towards their destination..

Arohi in the doctor's clinic was waiting for the doctor looking around each and every picture of the babies and smiling gently stroking her stomach..

"Good Morning arohi How are you today?" the doctor asked as she put a notebook in her desk…

"I am good but A little nervous and excited too" arohi said smilingly..

The doctor smiled.."ap k husband nahi aye..?" she asked …arohi shook her head in denial…

"wo actually wo mumbai mein hain kuch office related work.." arohi said…

Doctor nodded smilingly.."any ways ap aye mere saath..she said and she along with arohi headed towards the bed…

The doctor picked up a piece of machinery and turn it on… She put some liquid jelly on arohi's belly and placed a piece of the machine on her stomach…

"Hmm…" she hummed confusingly as she was looking at the monitor…

"doctor sab theek hai na" arohi asked worriedly..

Doctor looked at arohi confusingly and shaking her head smiled.. nodding her head smilingly she pointed out on the monitor screen.."ye dekho tumhara baby.." she said..

"kahan?" arohi asked trying to find the baby… "I can't see it.." she said..

"Here!.." the doctor pointed out…

"aw…It's very very small…its so tiny..." arohi whispered smilingly trying not to cry..

"ye abhi tu 5 weeks ka hai but the baby will grow faster than you know…" doctor said smilingly..arohi smiled looking at the screen caressing her tiny bundle with her eyes..

"you may get up now.." doctor's voice brought her out of her trance and she smilingly obeyed the doctor..

"doctor sab theek hai na.." arohi asked as the doctor was going through her reports..doctor glancing at arohi again got engrossed in her reports.."doctor.." arohi called again worriedly..doctor sighed putting the reports down and looked at arohi..

"high blood pressure.." she said making arohi confused.."mujhe laga tha k shaed ye kal hi hua hai tumhare saath par aj bhi tumhara bp high hi hai..and the shocking part..tumhari ye reports tumhare high bp ko hi indicate kar rahi hain jo tumhare accident k baad se normal nahi hua abhi tak..and isi ki tum medicines bhi leti ho.." the doctor continued..

"doctor saaf saaf kahiye na kia baat hai.." asked a worried arohi…

"are arohi beta tum agai..kia kaha doctor ne.." asked kumud as soon as arohi stepped inside the house..the journey from hospital to home was not satisfying enough..feeling miserable she drove back to home..pasting a smile on her face she looked at kumud..

"sab theek hai mom..kuch vitamins die hain.." she said..

kumud smiled.."chalo ab tum aram kar lo phr dinner pe milte hain.." she said..arohi nodded and walked upstairs..

Shutting the door behind arohi's entire control on her tears..on her self broke and the tears which she was trying to hide since the time she met with the doctor shed from her eyes breaking all her efforts to stay calmed and quiet..she had not for once thought of getting into such a situation..never in her dreams too…but today one visit to the doctor broke her belief on hopes..but she will not let this happen..hope is something which keeps a person going and she will not let her hope die…hope that everything will be alright..feeling miserable and angry on god knows whom…with god…with her..or with her destiny..but she only knows one thing that no matter if she has decided to not to tell arjun but one thing is sure she also cant hide this thing from him..she has to tell him and that too now..she has to…

Picking up her phone she dialed his number and waited for the call to get answered.."arjun phone uthao.." arohi said gritting her teeth giving another try..

One try..

Second try..

Third try..

No answer..continuous ringing and no answer made her heart zooming up and down faster..and her tears now shed down at the highest speed..

Arjun who was busy in his meeting did not know about arohi's calling as his mobile was on silent..but soon the light caught his attention when arohi's call again became a missed call..

"excuse me.." he said and looked at his mobile.."4 missed calls!!..sab theek tu hai.." he thought and without waiting for another second he dialed her number excusing himself from the clients..

As soon as her mobile rang she immediately answered the call..

"arohi.." arjun said from the other side and arohi gave out a sigh as soon as she heard his voice and her sobs died..

"tum mera phone q nahi utha rahe the..jante bhi ho mein kitna pareshan ho gayi thi.." she yelled..

"relax arohi..meine kaha tha na mein meeting mein busy rahun ga.." arjun said and arohi closed her eyes as she recalled his words.."arohi kia hua..sab theek haina..doctor ne kia kaha..??.." he asked concerned..

Arohi sighed calming herself.."bolo na arohi sab theek hai na ..hamara baby theek hai na..?.." he asked making arohi sighed again deeply blinking back her tears..no she cant tell him now..she knew very well if she tells him anything right now then it will tense him and he would leave his work and get worried..calming herself down she smiled..

"kuch nahi arjun sab theek hai..bas we are missing you.." she said..

"arohi tum theek ho na.." ajrun asked sensing something different in her voice..

"haan baba mein theek hun..plz tum jaldi wapis ajao..mujhe tumhari bht yaad arahi hai.." she said smilingly..

"arohi mein kal araha hun na..dont worry kal bhi bht jaldi ajae gi.." he sighed..

"bas tum apna kaam khatam hote hi wapis ao..aj k aj..samjhe..?.." she said stubbornly..

"acha baba abhi mein meeting mein jaun.." he said smilingly..

Arohi nodded.."jao par I am again telling you..tumhein meeting khatam hote hi wapis ana hai.." she said .."bye .." she continued and hung the phone..

Arjun shaking his head smiled..sometimes she definitely act so stubbornly..she very well knew that he wanted to come today but he did not get the ticket so he has to come tomorrow then again she talked about him coming today.."ek din bhi nahi reh skti.." he said smilingly and headed towards the meeting room..

Taking a deep breath arohi sighed..should she tell him..the entire family.. ..how will they react..will they pressurize her..no she shouldnot ..it will hurt them..it will break their hopes..she cant hurt them..she cant let their hopes broken..what about arjun..she promised him she wont hide anything from him..no she is not hiding it..she is waiting for the right time..4 months are definitely not too far..she cant tell anything yet to him without being sure of the exact possibility..arjun loves her..and their child too..she wont tell him unless she too completely is sure of what will happen..she will just wait and see hows everything is proceeding..
