^ i think its not the same for asad and shireen. For asad shireen is the other woman in his moms life. He has never been rude to her knowing she aayans mom but he cant gve er the same respect aayan gives dilshaad because shes the reason in his opinion why his mom and dads relation broke. For aayan he knows dilshaad was wronged by his mom so he cant exactly not respect her. Its not the same i think for asad and aayan.
