Agree with you both. Some guys think that if they are able to "patao" girls they are the real "mard". They are actually nothing but empty bubbleheads. However, such guys cannot be blamed fully because there are many girls who fall for such pumped up beefcakes and pamper their egos and make them feel like kings. So they feel on top of the world and think they have the right to insult those who are not bodily endowed like them.
