As for twitter, here is how to do it.
the mandatory words r in blue, but the cheeky part is in orange..

or simply go to ur twitter account and tweet this

u can copy paste this.
Now the parts are in blue simply copy paste, but at the end of it keep a space and type some random letter and a number. so u can uself keep a tab on the no of times u tweeted, as well as it overcomes 2 problems on twitter.
on twitter u can't tweet the same thing twice, there should be at least 1 character difference b/w 2 tweets that come next to one another.
also after a certain time the same tweet if tweeted again and again will go to twitter jail
so to over come both of these u can simply use a1, a2, a3,...z1,z2...
so each tweet would be unique and twitter won't identify the similarity and u will be able to tweet as much as u want
