Ok i found this quiet funny and i think Saanchi should be glad that thanks to Dadisa Shiv was not able to get married to Urmi Devi's daughter
Urmi Devi's daughter must be really special that she was able to fit the criteria to be a bahu of village conservative family Singhs and also city's modern family Shekhars 😲
Yes they accepted Anandi with open arms but that was more because their son had fallen in love with her and even she had a unique personality...but in normally in arranged marriage people prefer people with same status level...and if Shekhars found Urmi Devi's daughter good enough for Shiv that she must be really modern which somehow makes her unfit to be Singhs DIL (here by modern i do not only mean by thought but also looks...she must be working and wear fashionable clothes like jeans which i doubt Dadisa would ever want her DIL to do that)
but looking at her photo and Dadisa's approval she is no less small town girl than Anandi to whom Saanchi would have never approved
I am quiet surprised that Shekhars had accepted alliance with someone like Urmi Devi's daughter when they were also open to Ashima
i glad that Ashima never got the chance to be DIL of Shekhars because Saanchi may have liked her must looking at rest of the Shekhars she can never fit with them...they are too orthodox when it comes to rituals...Ashima would have hard time remembering all the rituals and feed them halwa like Anandi does 😆
