i will add to what you predicted. well, so after gauri finds out she is pregnant, she will be happy and sad at the same time then the family members after a while will tell gauri to remarry for the sake of her unborn child. hesitantly, gauri will agree after a while and then just a couple days before her marraige she will spot shiv somewhere and then look around for him. later, shiv and gauri will confront each other and shiv will get to know that gauri is pregnant with his child and he will ralise his mistake. then gauri and shiv will be together.😳
