As per new promos, Madhu may realize RK's love is genuine and decide to forgive him ans start a fresh but Paddo will ask Sul;tan for help to save Madhu from RK. - A big twist to stop marriage. That time, may be Rk will be hurt and Madhu will realize that she can never stop loving RK and will try to convince Paddo and everyone as how RK has changed...

Please NOTe that this is - Just my prediction and I am not against Sultan-Madhu. But I sincerely feel the story of MAdhubala - ek ishq ek junnon totally revolves around RK and Madhu with other characters touching their lives in one way or other...
