Edited: My take on this track. If I were cv.
Two options i have

Option one: Imagining that i joined the DABH team b4 this IR track:
I would never showed emily pregnant. Mohit may be shown denying all his misdeeds. But bhabho gets to know the truth by sandy. Then bhabho would throw him out of the house. He begs for his life as he has never gone to office😆 Emily would bring up her child as a single mom & reaches great heights. Seeing this mohit may or may not realise. His own child will bash him up. etc etc.

Option two: Just now i joined the cv's at a stage where emily is ready to follow all the sanskaars of marwaris.

Better late than never the cv's can manage to give some justice to this track even now.
First i will ponder some points to show how they failed in this track & then i will describe what to do.
1. Emily's pregnancy & thereby everyone accepting her.
2. One bhashan & everyone changed that too to an extent they are ready to accept emily as a christian bahu?? wedding in church etc etc
3. they created hype abt honour killings & made a huge blunder. Nothing was justified.

This much is enough i think. They started of this track with an intention to give a social message on honor killings based on IR marriages & now has landed up in a situation to save atleast their bacha kwacha sammmaan. The only mistake they ade is that they exclaimed momily to be in deep love so that everyone must accept for IR marriage😡. Showing emily like a christian - western style shows that the cv's had taken up the issue to an international level😆 Ball room dance , kissing - i'm k with it. There few ppl here iin India like that. It can also be shown right😉Now they are trying to show some justice to love portion.
1. First they are showing mohit to be reluctant even now which is his characterisation basically. (realistic)
2. They show IR marriage with mix of both the rituals & a mockery show of dhaisa & gang (which actually happens if IR marriage takes place like this)
3. Bhabho still is in denial to accept ems as it is.
4. As per the spoilers emily will be shown donning marwari attire in order to gain the love of bhabho. Practicing the religion of husband is not a sin or a wrong thing (but the hubby must also follow her religion in case of ideal couple here mohit still to realise her love).

After the wedding the things need to be shown (most probably the cv's will show the same i guess. The spoilers make me think this way) The following are those things which i would like to see.

1. Mohit will tell emily that he will not behave ike his husband untill bhabho accepts her whole heartedly.
2. Emily will try to impress bhabho by donning marwari avatar.
3. Bhabho will not accept her so soon.
4. Emily will be shown practising both the religions.
5. Bhabho will develop a soft corner for emily when her health fails & will take care of her.
6. Emily will make mohit realise the worth of her love.
7. Mohit shd be shown slowly realising his mistake & apologise to both bhabho & Emily most importantly.

This may take two to three months in the serial😆

what... everyone is preparing a huge essay kya. ok then i will also try... 😲

This track should have been plain and simple. Mohit need not have been portrayed as so dark. He could have been shown really loving Emily despite all his other faults. He fights with his family for her. Sets up a nuclear family. Has a kid after a year. Bhabo cannot remain angry for so long. She goes to see the child, warms up a bit and gradually they start visiting the RM. Relations normalize but they do not become a part of the joint family. Emily retains her faith, can eat what she wants, dress the way she wants and work without hindrance. I have written about this umpteen times in different threads. Even now they need not show Mohit being resentful of Emily. Seeing Emily and Bhabo's inability to adjust to each other they can show Sandhya advice Bhabo to let them go for maintaining the larger peace in the family and giving freedom to Emily to follow her way of life. Ajmer is a 15 min drive from Pushkar. They can come every weekend. As Emily is pregnant they can rent a house near Emily's parent's house. For change to happen joint families have to break up. Let them start in DABH also. What is so sacrosanct about RP that it cannot break ? Did Bhabo not break away from village to set shop in Pushkar ? Suraj clearly stated his childhood was spent in the village. If Bhabo can break away from Maasa and company why a similar right should not be enjoyed by her sons. It is not as if Bhabo is being abandoned. There are two other sons living with her. At this age why should Bhabo be compelled to change her way of life or alternately why should Emily change herself totally to adjust to RP. Both can lead their respective lives independently while maintaining cordial relations.

Yes Uma, showing a nuclear family set up is far less challenging story wise. The fact that CVs didn't do that and have waited till after the wedding for Mohit to reject Emily (spoiler) tells me that they really want to make this a very knotty situation. Emily is going to try and stay at RM in spite of Mohit's antagonism. Unhappy couple - Sandy's problem #1. Unhappy Bhabo - Sandy's problem #2. Trying to study in the middle of all this - Sandy's easiest task.

@umaji why u always suggest nuclear family?😕 its k u & rama ka wanted a same track.😆

@shruthi - why can't the cv's show the westernised christian in this show? Is that bcoz the story becomes complicated? We dabhians & sandy love complications right😉 I feel that those kind of ppl also live in India may be few. That can't stop the cv's from showing a westernized/modernized Christians.

@ Anusha aunty - would anyone watch the show if sandy has no prob at all?🤣 I like the way the cv's made a knotty(naughty😆) situation like this. I'm sure they will come up with good solution😉
