@first paragraph, yeah that's definitely possible.@second para, but the servants know the truth. 😆 (I don't think it's possible for the servants to not know, with all the drama, the fights, etc that have gone on in that house. The servants are in the vicinity in many of the scenes in the dining room.) Usually some people would try to get some scoop from the servants. So once they all figured Meera was Balraj's mistress, certain people would definitely try to get more dishy info. Well I guess we can write it off as Balraj is scary enough that the servants are very loyal or wouldn't dare to gossip.
