Yash surely knows about Ishita's plan, If u remember that CVs showed Ishita trying to get close to Yash and he gets annoyed and he might got alarmed after so many times she is trying to get close to him that she is planning to something... And trust me, a guy is not fool to not know when a woman is attracted to him, they can see it... Many do even admit this in real life, but they don't show that they know it...
Yash has always proved being the smart one, remember how many times he managed to solve a lots of issues earlier...
I think Yash knows well that Ishita will not easily say or admit things, so he might planned it himself, just saw ppl noticed a sudden band in his wrist in today's episode, which might be someone is hearing somewhere else, I don't think it's Aarti, as Aarti herself was so worried today and don't know where is Yash, If she knew, then she would surely had followed after...
Yash might even know about the servant had got an order from Ishita to put medicin in the juice, so he might told the servant to let her think that he did it, maybe Yash is acting that he is losing his control today, he might wants her to reveal things... Yash didn't tell Aarti, as he doesn't want any risk to fail his plan, since Ishita is always roaming around as batakte aamta...
I might be wrong, it might be Yash's sudden emotion as father dragged him to get his son, but to some extent might be out of character to be fooled by Ishita...
