Masu goes and stands at the window. Akshay comes there.. They look at each other.. And suddenly start laughing. Akshay hugs masu and says that she hasn't hid anything from him. Even about kapil. Masu gets upset at him. Aks laughs that it means that she hasn't hidden anything, then why hide now? He promises her that he will get them married. Masu gets excited. Mamta comes there. She gets scare. Akshay asks who's that idiot? Masu gets angry.. Aks teases her.. Akshay says that he cant get a better girl than her. Masu says that mamta is better than her, and if mamta was married, aks and that guy would have a competition. Mamta gets shocked. Aks smiles. Masu adds that there is a problem, its that the guy doesn't know that she loves him. Akshay is shocked. He asks her that how did she make such a decision when she doesn't even know if the guy loves her.. Masu says that the guy will love her right? Akshay agrees.
Karan goes to tani. He asks her for a good night kiss. Tani throws some attitude and says that she will not do any of this until they are officially married. The next day masu leaves for sid's place. Mamta asks her not to go. Masu says that she will tell everyone when she gets back at home and may be she will propose sid today. Mamta gets worried.
Later akshay gets ready for work and asks mamta where is masu, mamta says that she has gone to her friend's place. Akshay asks, has she gone to her special friend's place? Mamta hesitated says Yes… akshay says that he'll talk to dad about how serious masu is about this guy. Mamta asks him to talk in front of masu. Akshay agrees that otherwise bua will make a big scene. Bua comes there and asks if he too thinks that she is wrong, everyone made mistakes in choosing the wrong partner. Just like karan… Akshay doesn't say anything. Bua adds that masu should have been nice rather than creating such a big mess in front of everyone. Sid plays the guitar. Masu admires him. Sid sees her.. He asks her when did she come? Masu says that she too didn't know when she came.. Sid looks confused. Masu asks him to play a song which is close to his heart. Sid says that he has no song close to his heart. She insists. He plays a tune on the guitar. Sid has flashbacks about him and mamta. Sid is still lost. Masu says that she loves him and corrects herself and says that she loves his music… vandana hears this and coughs. Masu and sid look at her. Vandana is about to give sid prasad and masu thinks that its for her. Sid and masu simultaneously put their palms together.. Masu cant stop blushing. Vandana gives them a funny look. They both take their hands back. Vandana gives them the prasad.
Anand, damyanti, mamta are in the garden. Anand and damyanti ask her where is masu? Mamta says that she has gone to her friend's place. BT come there. Bua says that friend or boy friend? The guy for who the srivastav family had to suffer so much… mamta is about to leave.. Bua asks her to stop. Bua tells anand that mamta might know everything. Mamta looks scared. Anand questions her. Just then masu calls mamta. She tells her that may be sid loves her too… mamta asks her when is she coming home? Masu wonders why isn't she excited? Mamta asks her to come home.. Masu says that she wants to learn a new dish from vandana so she'll be there by 8:00 and if sid wants to get married to her, she'll be late… masu hangs up.. Mamta gets worried. Mamta tells everyone that masu will be home by 8, tani thinks that this is the best time to add fuel to the fire. She asks mamta who the guy is? Mamta asks her to ask masu when she comes back…
Mamta looks at the watch and gets scared. Its 8:15.. Akshay comes there and cutely asks her who is she waiting for? Mamta gets very nervous.. Akshay asks her what happened? Mamta says that she lied, she knows masu's secret, and she promised masu that she wont tell anyone. Mamta says that if she tells him she ditches masu… akshay asks her to talk… mamta says that the guy who masu loves is Sid… akshay gets furious!
