So Mera Vihaan coughs when he eats the food ONLY cooked by her but for that case he doesn't stop eating it. Anika was standing right next to him but she does absolutely nothing whereas Bulbul ran to him and stopped him from eating further. Bulbul cares and loves her Mera Vihaan.
Vihaan only wanted to save Rano's life but he ended up hurting Meri Bulbul. The woman who he loves. The woman who is the love of his life. Seeing Meri Bulbul hurt, hurts him more.
