Final vote on appeal to ban Potter

As we mentioned several months ago, Laura Mallory, a Georgia mother, has been trying to remove the Harry Potter books from library shelves in her local school district. The Gwinnett Board of Education voted unanimously to keep the books on the shelves, but Ms. Mallory has since appealed the decision, claiming they promote witchcraft.

The Georgia State Board of Education will vote Thursday to determine the fate of the Potter books, which have been deemed by the American Library Association as the favorite controversial title.

God knows what's wrong with this women 😡

we do have the hp books in our library.............but in a poor condition.........as they are always in demand.

I guess we have all the hp books in our college library...who cares...I have all 6 of them...so I don't need my college library for them 😉

we used to have hp books in our middle school library last year ...

but this year in high school ... i never really went to library .. so i dunno!!!

We have all 6 books in our library, but it really doesnt effect me cause i have all 6 books in addition to a few others on HP like Quiditch through ages... 😃
N i seriously fink this women is insane!! I mean, come on, y do u care what the books r promoting... and eveyone knows that witchcraft doesnt excist... N if it does, den it shud be promoted!! 😆
