Is she really pregnant and if she is, then how did she get pregnant.. who's the father?

We don't know the back-story regarding the Billo's cyclops look. But from what we've been lead to believe thus far, Imran (Nikhat's fiance) is the father of Billo's unborn child.

Who in their right mind would do 'it' with her leaves me utterly baffled 😕
