I was hearing punching sound in my ears thinking Balraj receiving punches on his face.
Nandini stood up. She came out of her shell and poured out her heart.
Each and every words spoken by Nandini is true.
She pointed fingers at the Lion, Balraj.
She demanded answer for his attitude on Meera's issue.
She asked him to decide who is Ani's wife. she pointed out to him he is the deciding authority in everything. why not in this too?
She didn't led down her husband Ani. that preserved Indian tradition.
Balraj has no reply. he is speechless. The Lion is defeated inside his own den in front of his cubs.
Kiran Sir expressed it nicely.
Later Nandini breaking down in Biji's hand expressing her pain and confusion. saying 'kiya kami thi mujh mai ' oh dear it broke my heart. true feeling of a widow whose husband cheated her. she can't question him now. she can't shout or demand answer for his behaviour now.
Additi you nailed it fantastically.
