Tanveer managed to create a MU between Asad and Zoya. I think she changed the blood Zoya took from her with chicken blood...something along that line. And Asad found out about Zoya taking the blood from Tanveer and sending it to a doctor. He had a white envelope in his hand and flung it on Zoya's bed.
