When Zoya was leaving Tanveer's room, the needle was sticking out of her pocket. Tanveer has
definitely seen that and hence the dialog for giving the best saugat.
They will definitely show this in flashback after getting a false blood report.

Waise they could have secretly made her drink something to put her to sleep, since she was already
not well and then let a doc do the rest... I love Zoya's confidence but this was overconfidence.

Just my thoughts.

I disagree.. I don't think she knows. I mean she didn't hear the convo in which Najma says the blood test is so necessary. Then it would make sense for her to jump to that conclusion, since she also knows that Zoya is capable of anything.

Tanveer didn't see the needle, Zoya took it out of her pocket and held it in front of her when she was leaving but I still have a feeling, I don't know why that she didn't really buy into Zoya's mosquito dialogue.
