I think they are two separate questions. coz Qazi is improving but Shammit is better then Qazi in singing.
its kind of confusing. coz according to your question vote goes to both

shamit mann! qazi has improved, but shamit has also worked really hard!! put it this way, would you rather hear qazi;'s voice all life long or shamits?
