Mala saw the update a bit late.
A servant comes in and gives Nikita the medicine that Kkusum is supposed to be giving abhay, but she realizes that the medicine isn't what the doctor had given kkusum to give to abhay. Kkusum is eating as Sarla calls for her, kkusum curses at her thinking that she will kill her some day and leaves. Sarla asks kkusum whether she went to alibag yesterday, kkusum panics and says that mathur aunty told her that there was a good ganesh temple there and so she went to pray, she did not tell mummyji because if she told then her wish for abhay to be alright would not come true… Sarla apologizes to her.
Meanwhile Nikita comes and asks kkusum about the medicine she ordered, she tells her that the medicine wasn't on the prescription list because the doctor had to specially order it. Aru chachi taunts nikita by saying that she is always doubting other people, first she doubted her for putting salt in abhay's soup, and now kkusum… Nikita tells aru to shut up as sarla scolds her and tells her to apologize because Aru is older than her… Nikita says that she feels oppressed in this house and only Aru gets respect… An argument starts between Sarla and Nikita while kkusum is happy that more problems are arising in the kapoor house.
Abhay is on his bed, staring at a picture of him and nitin, Sarla and kkusum come in, Sarla tells abhay that they are all going to go to pray for abhay so that he may be cured, she gives kkusum a chunri for her and abhay's well being. Sarla leaves and kkusum again curses sarla. Kkusum apologizes to Abhay in an evil way and tells him that she is sorry that the chunri is bound so tightly on his hand, but what can she do, she has to go to the jagrata.
The jagrata is going on, everyone is there including kumud and kshitij. A servant comes and tells Sarla that there is a phone call for her, she answers it but cant hear anything, she says to call later because a jagrata is going on. A phone rings in Abhay's room, the caller is the real kkusum, she tries to warn Sarla that the kkusum in their house is a outsider, and not the real kkusum, and not to trust her, she hangs up the line. Kkusum comes in and asks abhay about the phone call still knowing that he couldn't respond. A servant comes up and tells her that the pundit is calling for them. Kkusum brings abhay down, he now knows that the real kkusum is not the one he is with, and that she is somewhere else.
Sarla goes to get Nikita and Aru chachi, she tells them that they are always fighting but today is a good day and they shouldn't fight… Kkusum sees all of this and thinks to herself that she has already poisoned their minds, and no matter what sarla does, there will always be differences between them, and that she'll make sure of that. Abhay thinks that he must do something before this new kkusum destroys his family…. The pooja is going on when all of a sudden a diya flickers and dies, everyone is shocked. The pundit tells them that this is a very bad sign of an omen, as kkusum thinks to herself that she herself is the omen.
Kkusum tells abhay that even god hates him, the phone rings again and kkusum picks it up, only to hear the real kkusum trying to warn the family that the kkusum they are with is an imposter and that she is the real kkusum.
