Agree with you.There could be one more person who could tell shiv is his friend Machan.He might have told shiv before marriage,he was also part of the plan.Remember shiv confessing to himself that "Mai janata tha ki mai Mundap pe baithnewala hoo".Due to family pressure he married,thinking that he could send her out of his life.But later when he tried to accept her,,all these accidents happened.That's why he is scared of loosing her.
