Case against D2 Kiss

Ok first of all I am not sure if this topic has been posted...but if it has then Dev. Team plz feel free to close it

ok so on news channels and bollywood webisted the only thing i am seeing is news and more news about the D2 kiss.....I mean all of us have probably heard by now that firts the Bachans were getting angry at Aish for kissing onscreen, then a lawyer filed a cased against hrithik and aish and now ppl are standing in front of cinemas in India and giving out roses to ppl who are going to see D2....because they are "implying" ghandigiri (from Laghe Raho Munna Bhai) and also burning up the D2 posters

I just dont understand what is the big fuss over a probably 10 second kiss....i mean where were all these ppl when Murder, Girlfriend, Julie, Jism, and almost all of the Emraan movies were released which all had longer and more vulgar kissing scenes in them....I mean I understand that India is still conservitive about these things....but the truth still remains every1 kisses...some do openly and some do it behind close doors....but its sooo annoying to see something new everyday that ppl are doing in India regard to that same kiss

I was just a little annoyed so I posted this...but I really want to know what all you guys think about all the fuss and conterveries going around regarding a couple second kiss

completely agree....poor hrithik and ash---what is their fault? Just coz they r famous ppl start a ruckus! If the censor board has passed it then why r these ppl complaining. If u want to complain, complain to the censors---why drag Du-Ash into it? And media is just giving this issue more fuel....honestly, the movie is about 3 hrs long and ppl concentrate is a 10 second kiss! I know its a big deal coz its two of b'wood best looking ppl but why target them just coz they r more succesful than an Emraan Hashmi whose kisses are always more than welcome!

What I'm worried abt is tht now Ash-Du may feel uncomfortable doing intimate scens together esp Ash! damn, I'm hoping for some real good stuff in JA.

I don't think Baccchan should make a big fuss about D2 kiss because Ash did what her role demanded and she is an actress. Ash is not even engaged to Abhi yet and they are making a big fuss about her role. They should better clarify before they tie their knots. Either she works in movies or she doesn't work in movies. If Big B can do roles like KANK and Nishabd or whatever the name is of his upcming movie; so what wrong with Ash doing something for her role.
I agree with you, Jism, Etbaar, Murder etc were more vulgar movies than D2 Kiss.
India is popular for making HUNGAAMA over little things.

As stupid as it sounds, the lawyer has grounds for the case,(And if the legal system plays fair, he will win) That 10 sec kiss turns the rating of the movie from whatever it is to A according the the censor board guidelines

The problem is the censor board should have given an ultimatum to the producers, get rid of the kiss or we will make this an A rated movie, instead they let it go, now Dhoom folks are going to pay the price

Now it is the Film Industry who runs the censor board too, Sharmila Tagore is the chairperson, so it is their(Industries) responsibility to fix the rules, but they want to get both ends of it, and then complain the censor board is horrible.

No point blaming the lawyer, he is a lawyer after all

Okay, I dont get why Hrithik and Ash are being taken to court. There just the actors,shouldnt the dorector be the one taken to court if anyone should be. Or the producer? Actor just do what their told. ANd, if there was anything wrong it the scene, wouldnt the censor board take care of it? Honestly, its just the lawyers looking for money who are doing it all

It is just publicity stunt..If nothing else, people will atleast go to see the kiss...but there have been more intense scene then this in our movies..., it is nothing as such HR kisses in almost all his movies 😛 😆 😆

That is the height of unfairness. The censor board lets something go but we should not sue them, for not doing their job, we shud

sue the movie stars who didnt have a role in the rating of the movie. It doesnt make sense to me to sue someone for something

not working out if that is not their job.

The lawyer wanted publicity and thats the only way it can be, due to the hoard of vulgar movies in india. even if he didnt just

want publicity, he is still suing the wrong people. its wrong to defend him by saying that D2 should pay the price for the censor

board's decision.

If the legal system was playing fair his case would be thrown out because he was suing someone who did not have a say in the

ratings process.
