It is also a beautiful loop closure for Paridhi's resentment. On Aayu's 6th day celebrations, when Prateek told her to be happy so as not to ruin the joy of the family, she resentfully complained that he couldn't see the family sad but he had no problem telling her to wipe her tears away. However, in the end she did put on a happy face and come to bless Aayu until Bua outed her secret. Today Aarti was in her place. It was Paridhi's day of happiness coinciding with the most tragic time in Aarti's life. Just like when Paridhi wanted a baby she found out that Aarti was having one by accident, today Aarti picks up the phone thinking Aayu has been found and realises it is Paridhi who has been blessed with a baby. But Aarti doesn't begrudge her that for a moment, just as Paridhi never had grudge against Aarti for the timing of Aayu's birth. Like Paridhi said, they are both in very similar situations and I am so glad they were finally able to connect with one another. Through this adoption, Paridhi's faith in goodness and true family love was reinstated by Aarti, which is why when the time comes for Aayu's identity to be revealed, Paridhi will not hesitate in giving the child back to his mother.
Aarti's speech to Prateek was also so beautiful. SO BEAUTIFUL. I do hope they show the matron of the orphanage being the one to reveal Ishita's true intentions, reveal Aayu's identity and informing Prateek and Paridhi that she has another beautiful baby who really needs them as parents. I would hate for that stunning speech by Aarti to go to waste on melodrama about who's baby Aayu is. If they want to throw in a message about the girl child, they could make Prateek and Paridhi's baby a girl who has been abandoned by her parents for being a female child. That would be great. I love that Aarti mentioned how she and Yash had become parents to the other's biological children as a bolster for her argument. This showed that both Yash and Aarti know they are going through a rough patch in their relationship, but that in no way diminishes the relationship they have built or the fact that they are going to be together for the rest of their lives.
Yash proved all my analysis right today, I felt. He too feels like he can't face Aarti until he finds Aayu as much as he wants to take comfort in her presence and share this loss with her. It was heart breaking to watch them sleeping side by side and just aching for each other with that huge wall of pain between them. The precap, I think shows that all they needed was a common cause to unite for and they find it once again in a child. Isn't that what these two are all about? It has always been the children first for them and if anything can melt their hearts and help them feel innocent and hopeful again it is a fresh life in their presence. Once again that song worked so perfectly! Yash finds that he has strength and life in him after all, too late for a simple gesture of taking his wife into his arms at night to be simple at all.
Ishita's downfall is near, very near. What she didn't realise in all her attempts to separate Aarti and Yash is that Yash is not complete without Aarti. Aarti's presence and influence is what makes him be more expressive, more forgiving and more trusting; in short, the Yash that Ishita wants. Without Aarti, Yash is cynical, harsh and completely closed off and that is precisely what we saw today. Just because he is going through a hard time in his relationship, it does not mean he respects it any less or is any more vulnerable to Ishita. In fact, under Aarti's incluence, the Yash that was willing to give Ishita the benefit of the doubt and be cordial to her no longer exists. He is blunt and unforgiving now: I know what you are doing, have some respect for yourself, if not for this family or womenkind. Ouch. 😈 Yash's continued indifference is making her desperate and sloppy, as she was with that matron today. I am getting the feeling that she is going to try and harm Aarti in the near future, when she realises that even the loss of Aayu couldn't separate them, and that will be her downfall because Yash is going to go hulk like we ain't never seen!
