Firstly a very intriguing title. So what exactly is a word's worth? I guess we will have to wait to find out.
The language, style and the description of the ambiance is different from your usual style. But you describe the ambiance of a crowded pub, make it sound exciting as well as you make the beaches of Goa sound beautiful. Describing ambiance is surely your forte.
So we have Arnav Smug Raizada who is rightly shown his place by Kushi. Score! However I have an inkling that Kushi isn't doing this to spite him. She is probably dealing with her own issues, or not.
Is this Kushi for real. I'm as straight as a stick, but heck even I'd totally check out Kushi, just the way you have described her.
