exactly...for one whole year he didnt realise Ovi's worth. And now tht she has gone for her good, he's emotionally blackmailling her to return. And honestly, he clearly told manav tht he loves purvi ...which means he doesnt love ovi, then why does he want her back?? He is sooo selfish! On one hand, Purvi doesnt let onir touch her and is making a mockery of his loyalty and love.

you know what the fundamental issue with ekta's fictional men is? the men in ekta's stories never seem to know what they want and when they make a decision about something they never seem to be able to accept the decision. even hiten's karan virani of ksbkbt had the same problem as our beloved ak. he wanted nandini (the chemistry couple no. 1 in indian tv history) and then he wanted tanya (his best friend and someone nandini considered like her sister). he was so confused that he couldnt decide one way or another. when one left (first tanya and then nandini) he started craving the other. he lives a half life with one and at the end tanya's life long sacrifice and the years spent in being a good wife, mother and bahu becomes insignificant and all of a sudden one fine morning she turns negative and the chemistry couple are placed back together.

i think if ekta is going to show such men then she should make her women much much weaker and malleable. that way they can work out an easy solution- have both women live with the man. then he will be happy and all his needs will be met. they can be happy in his happiness and any educated viewer can finally stop watching this nonsense.
